At the beginning of the 20th century, Brussels gained a new architectural pearl. On a 3.5 ha site, 19 buildings together form the Veeartsenijschool. The main building has a unique appearance in the Flemish neoclassical style. After the departure of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Liège in 1991, the 2400 m² complex fell into disuse.
New destination
Until the renovation of the main building starts in 2017. Under the name 'The Faculty', a nod to its former function, the building promises to become a vibrant business centre with offices, co-working spaces, meeting and event rooms and its own restaurant.
