APS nv is looking for a calculator for both our Merelbeke and Lokeren departments.

Function

As a calculator at APS nv, you will be responsible for preparing quotations and calculating the cost price of our projects in general electricity and network cabling. You will support the project managers by making accurate calculations and following up on price requests.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• You analyze specifications and plans.
• You prepare detailed quotations and draw up price calculations.
• You request quotes from suppliers and compare them.
• You calculate material costs, man-hours, and working hours for subcontractors.
• You will work together with the project management team to prepare projects efficiently.
• You actively contribute ideas about optimizations in price and implementation.
• You ensure that the transferred files are complete and correct.

Profile

• You have a technical degree in electrical engineering or electromechanics.
• Experience as a calculator or in a similar technical position is an advantage.
• You have a good knowledge of Excel and Word. Knowledge of QuickDevis is a plus.
• You are strong with numbers and work accurately.
• You are structured, responsible, and enjoy working in a team.
