Majority participation in Gezel II

A.T.S. nv had acquired a majority participation in the company Gezel II in Buggenhout.
Gezel II is a leading company in HVAC installation technologies and represents a turnover of 8 million euro.
As a result of this particpation, the staff of ATS Group grows with 45 employees.
